Use 100g defilm powder for 5-8l water ratio or directly sprinkle with defilm powder on the screen plate, and then repeatedly scrub with cotton cloth or sponge to make the photosensitive adhesive completely fall off, and finally rinse off with clean water. If ghosting is still found at the printing site, it can be removed with a ghosting agent. The most obvious advantage of using desulfurization powder is to greatly improve the regeneration rate of screen, save the mesh cloth, thus reducing the cost of platemaking for enterprises.

Method of use
50g membrane powder was applied to 950 g water mixture. After the proportion can be directly used to wash the screen on both sides of the screen printing plate, or direct soaking 2-5 minutes, and then with the cloth or special brush scrubbing, so that the sensitive adhesive completely off. Finally, rinse with water. If a ghost is still found in the printing part, it can be removed with open screen oil or ghosting agent.
Dissolution of the powder:
Take appropriate amount of decanted powder in the beaker and break the lump of decanted powder with glass rod.
Stir in some distilled water and dissolve with a glass rod. Pour the dissolved water into the container. The undissolved portion can be repeated until all are dissolved.
Calculate according to 3% concentration, add enough distilled water, shake well, then use.
Method of use (I) :
Dip the sponge into a small amount of defilm solution and spread evenly on both sides of the screen. It is best to use a stripping brush to rub the surface of the screen until the film dissolves. Rinse the screen with a water gun. Repeat if necessary.
Some screen plates (such as the printed screen or the water-based screen after long-term preservation) will still have the pattern on the screen cloth (also known as ghost), at this time, should be used to remove ghost liquid screen cleaning.
Note: all chemical products should be tested before use to ensure effect. Water - based screen that has been used with hardened water cannot be removed.
Method of use (ii) :
1. First add 3-5 liters of water with 100g film removing powder, and then add water if the effect is too strong. 2. Remove residual ink and sealing pulp on the mesh cloth. 3. Brush the defilm water on both sides of the screen until the photosensitive adhesive dissolves. 4. Rinse thoroughly with a water gun.
